Mr. Gary Tong has nearly 30 years of in-depth experience in China's biopharmaceutical industry. He has worked for many MNC and well-known China domestic pharmaceutical companies, such as Janssen, Novartis and Sanofi-Aventis. As a former hematologist he built a medical clinical team of nearly 200 people from 0 to 1. He has rich experience in leading medical, clinical operations team to conduct clinical trial in China, including BE study until NDA/BLA/ANDA , as well as successful global trials. In addition to the operational management experience, Gary also has commercialization of innovative drug and market access experience.
